When you figure out how to apply it to nylon fabric, that would be a
good time to consider posting it to a boating newsgroup. Amazingly,
paddlers don't build boats of concrete, brick, gypsum, plaster, or
stone.
(OK, yeah I do know about concrete canoes. Wonder if this stuff is
legal by their rules.)
