Sorry Peter, that's fake. It's a Japanese commercial for some kind of
energy drink. The commercial is usually shown without that advertising
part at the end, making it seem like it's real...

If you do a search on youtube or google video for "kayak" that video will
show up about a dozen times. It's been around for at least a couple of
years.
