Subject: Aquaseal once opened?

Had an opened tube of AquaSeal in the freezer for a month or six weeks and found that maybe 1/5 of the tube had hardened. Is this typical? It was quite a fight to get to the liquid portion. Is there any better way to preserve an opened tube? Thanks.

Now I squeeze the glue out to the end, so that there is hardly any air inside when closed. That makes a difference, although I still see the top layer hardened after being in the freezer for several months. -- Wilko van den Bergh wilko<a t)dse(d o t >nl Eindhoven The Netherlands Europe ---Look at the possibilities, don't worry about the limitations.--- http://kayaker.nl/

I put mine in the freezer, and haven't seen as much hardening as you mention, even after a year or so - maybe just the length of the screw portion of the tube hardens. -- Charlie... http://www.chocphoto.com
